Delivery

1. Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. The email will provide a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. If a delivery date is not specified, we will try and fulfil orders within 21 working days.

2. We will not be held accountable for delays with courier companies. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will assess the degree of the situation (even though the circumstances attached to the delay were beyond our control) to the best of our judgement.

3. If there is an issue with delivery and if you are entitled to a refund of your delivery costs this will only be given via store credit. Any refund entitled against a delivery charge will be passed into your account as ‘store credit.
