How long do we take to dispatch the order?

Due to all products being shipped directly from their place of origin, it is generally expected that orders will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive in the UK (including customs inspections). Once the order has completed the inspection process and arrived at the warehouse, and after it has been packed and dispatched, we will immediately update you on the status of your order. Customers can also use the Shop App to check the status of their order and track the shipment at any time.

我們需要多久才能發貨？

由於所有產品均由原產地直接送出，因一般情況下訂單預計需要大約 2-4週才送達英國（包括海關入境檢查），當訂單完成通過檢查手續並抵達倉庫，並且完成入箱及寄出後，我們會即時更新閣下的訂單進度。顧客亦可使用Shop App隨時會查看到訂單狀況及郵件跟蹤編號。

How do we charge on postage?

When you purchase on each order,

• Spend less than £50, postage £7
• Spend £50 or over £50, postage £5
• Spend £80 or over £80, free shipping is provided (only applied for the UK region)

   

如何計算訂單運費？

當每張訂單消費，

• 為£50以下，需付郵費£7
• 滿£50或以上，需付郵費£5
• 滿£80或以上，全單免運費(只適用於郵寄至英國境內)
